This vehicle was stopped because the caravan did not have a breakaway cable and the electric cable was not fitted to the caravan.

During the subsequent inspection, the loading bed of the towing vehicle was also checked, which revealed a surprise: Children were happily playing in the hay and in stacks of tires. They were having a whale of a time, completely unaware of the considerable danger they were in.
