A few pounds too many this Christmas

Officers of the Luxembourg Highway Police were astonished to find this trailer traveling on the roads. A Christmas market stall was being transported virtually unsecured. It was attached with a single bolt and threatened to tip off.
Not only that, the laden trailer weighed 3030 kg. The maximum permitted weight was 750 kg.
